Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site app for iPhone and iPad

Welcome to the Ironbridge Gorge app, your spotlight on the Industrial Heritage of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site.

The Monuments Trail will enhance your walk and help you discover and explore more of the special features of the Gorge.

Further trails will be added to the app later this year.

The app requires no internet connection once you have downloaded the content.

We will automatically display where you are on the map and direct you to the nearest place of interest within the World Heritage Site.

Described as ‘The most extraordinary district in the world’ today it is a World Heritage Site of ‘Outstanding Universal Value’.

With the benefit of an ‘expert in your pocket’, discover the remains of furnaces, factories, workshops, canals and the places where people lived that make this place so special.
